Ingredients: (I actually didn't measure anything, so these are estimates) - makes enough for 2 large smoothies.
- 2 small-medium ripe bananas
- 1 cup fresh sliced & washed strawberries
- 1/2 cup fresh washed blueberries
- 1/2 cup Kefir (or sub: vanilla yogurt)
- 1/4 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
- 1 Tbsp agave syrup
- 2-3 cups ice cubes
