Don't have a Vitamix, but craving icecream or a low-fat frozen yogurt? Never fear, easy vegan frozen dessert is near! I have a regular-old Cuisinart blender and food processor, and this sorbet came out perfectly, and completely satisfies the "I scream for ice cream" desire. Plus, these are low fat, pretty low-cal desserts. And ridiculously easy to make!
Mango Sorbet
- 1 large ripe mango, sliced
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil (omit for non-fat; can sub with 1/2 of a small banana)
- 1 Tbsp agave syrup
- 1 cup fresh raspberries or fresh sliced strawberries
- 1 Tbsp agave syrup
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond or soy milk
Easy, delicious, and healthy!!
